If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Lactoo.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lactoo.
3. The Service
Lactoo gives you travel information about dairy and lactose, including phrases, dish tips, optional label scanning, and optional arrival alerts. Features may change over time.
4. Not Medical Advice
Lactoo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Dish statuses, phrase suggestions, and scan results can be incomplete or incorrect. Always confirm ingredients with the restaurant or product packaging and talk to a doctor about allergy or intolerance decisions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, or use Lactoo for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
Lactoo branding, app design, and bundled content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Lactoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lactoo, including reliance on dish or ingredient guidance.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
